Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the original packing slip is included.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
